Unable to access site and add posts

    Hello, I have been having issues viewing my site as well as adding posts to it for over a year now. Every now and then I try to come back to it to find a solution but I give up after a while.
    I am able to view the site via my android mobile, however, this is not possible on my work computer and my Chromebook. I have read some steps on how to rectify this issue, but since the only PC I have is my work laptop on which I cannot access the settings or download anything onto it, I am basically going nowhere with my page.
    I am not super savvy with computers, so my current solution is to delete the while blog and start a new one. However I am worried that I would lose my current domain name if I were to do that.
    Can anyone help me with this issue or point me in the right direction so that I may continue using my blog? Thank you very much in advance.
