Unable to access site and dashboard after renewing domain after it expired

We’re unable to access our site and our site’s dashboard after renewing our expired domain. It has been several days and we still haven’t been able to access it.

I have the same problem even with autorenew active. Paid over $124 for annual hosting and a domain. The receipt is in my account, but nothing has been applied, there is no way to apply it, and they make it impossible to contact anyone. Ignored on forums so far.

Hi there @wevolcostarica it appears your above domain was purchased through FastDomains and your site is using the open source WordPress software, hosted on Amazon.
You’ve posted to the community support forums for sites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. Because your site isn’t hosted here, we’re unable to assist with this issue. Please contact your webhosting provider for assistance.
