Unable to access site, gives me error message.

    I am unable to login to my new site to finish editing. I contact help support and they stated they were working on DNR and wait a few hours. Please let me know what I can do to access the site again

    Hi there. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Pulling up your domain information, it looks like it was suspended by the domain registry, likely due to not updating the domain contact in a timely fashion.

    You would need to contact the company where you registered the domain and they should be able to help you update that information and that should remove the suspension.
