Unable to access support

Hi – I am attempting to access Live Chat / Email support for an issue with my hosted site. I’m able to access the Email / Chat support function, but the button to submit seems to be greyed out. Have tried on a number of browsers and devices and coming across the same issue.

I’m having issues creating a new user with administrator privileges. When I go to add a new user, the Role drop-down box is greyed out and it defaults to creating the user with Editor privileges (and I can’t seem to subsequently change it). The user also then gets an error when trying to log in.

Ok got it! Ok it so looks like the user that’s been added doesn’t have a WordPress.com account.
They would need to sign up for an account and then they could be added as per these steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/invite-people/
