Unable to access support live chat, email support, or my site

  Hi I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience so far with wordpress.com. I can’t access my site, or request support.

  Could this please be addressed? Is there a support email that I can reach out to directly? I filed another ticket related to this issue 2 days ago and haven’t received any response.

  I’ve gained access to my site again but I’m surprised that this could even happen.

  Support demand can fluctuate, so you may find at times that chat is not available if there are no agents to take your request. In situations such as this we default to email, as noted by the “still email us” button option in your screenshot. Chat is still working though, so you are welcome to try again at a later time when demand is not so high.

  Aside from the screenshot you shared, did you see some other error message or odd behaviour when trying to access chat? The errors you show in your console log are not related to chat but thank you for sharing what you have seen!

  I do also see that you have emailed us regarding your login issue, and a member of our staff has replied to explain how migrations like the one you performed recently can have the effect of temporarily breaking your access to the site. I’m glad to hear you have access again.
