Unable to access the account

  I am unable to login my wordpress account. I have lost the google authenticator app. I don’t have the authentication code either. I could not get the verification mail as well to recover the account. I do have the user ID and password but not the authentication code.

  My blog is planmoneytax.wordpress.com. Another linked site is planmoneytax.com.
  please help

  If you are not successful gaining access to the blog then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
