My email is attached to this domain. I tried to sign into WordPress with my email. It failed. Forcing me to create a new wordpress account (I used the same email) (email visible only to moderators and staff) And it doesn’t list that domain as being mine. Please help.

My renewal is due in Aug of this year. I had to create a new WordPress account because my attempts to log into xmaspurpose.com failed. But I’m using the same email and now it doesn’t show on my Domains page that I own that site. I don’t know what to do or how to renew/fix this.

This is not possible. If you already used an email address on WordPress.com, you will be unable to use it again without first removing it from the original account.
Please try to log in with any other email addresses that you may have, you may need to try resetting your password for each one like shown here.

Can you see what email is attached to the xmaspurpose.com account? The emails I have about my domain are all going through that one.
