Unable to access the Admin console

  Hi Team, please I need your help when I try login to my wordpress admin console it gives a view for an admin but there is nothing I can do please can you assist

  I can login fine with my email and password but when clicking on anything else it does not allow me. I am trying to login to disable all the spams I have please help.
