Unable to Access the Editing Features of my Website in WordPress

  When I logged into my account, I clicked on the ‘Pages’ tab and then clicked on ‘Home Page’ under ‘Published’. The link led me to a page where I needed to re-login to WordPress. When I tried to sign into my account again, it stated that the username/email isn’t associated with an account on WordPress. I tried reset password on the page, and it did the same thing. Can someone look into why this is or see if there is a glitch in the system? Thank you so much.

  What is the URL of the site you’re looking to log into and work with? I’m wondering if there’s some confusion happening with the login page.
