unable to access the login for a wordpress website I manage for another organization

  Hi! I am trying to access the login page of the wordpress account for a domain but I keep getting the error that there were too many redirects, how can I fix this?

  pennappetit.com
  the login page I used was pennappetit.com/wp-login.php and pennappetit.com/wp-login, and pennappetit.com/login/

  Also, in addition to this, one other person in my organization was able to login using pennappetit.com/wp-login and access the dashboard but it comes like the raw HTML version and you cannot click on anything.
