Unable to access themes

  When I try to change the theme of my blog, https://simplained.com/ it shows that there are 0 installed themes and 0 WordPress.Org themes, although I know for a fact there should be. It says an unexpected error occurred when I attempt to change it through the WP admin page. Either way, I can no longer access any themes.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
