Unable to Access Various Admin Functions and Settings

  Hello,

  I am experiencing several issues with my WordPress.com site and need assistance. Here are the details:

  1. Access to Admin Dashboard:
     • I am able to log in to my WordPress.com account but cannot access certain admin functions, such as Settings, Plugins, and Posts, etc. I also cannot switch themes.
  2. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN Error:
     • I encountered the “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” error when trying to access my site. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, but the problem persists.
  3. Additional Notes:
     • I have tried different browsers and devices, cleared cache and cookies, and checked my internet connection, but the issues remain unresolved.

  Could someone please help me understand why these issues are occurring and how I can resolve them? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
