  Hello we have a website set up with you gloucesterpilots.co.uk/ I have not used this for a couple of years. We now wish to update the website but I am unable to access it. I have lost passwords etc.. Thanks Tim

  That site is not hosted here at WordPress.com. It appears to be hosted by Zonkeyweb ????? Perhaps they can assist you. Also you can register an account and ask for advice at the correct support forum for the software your site uses:
