  I am unable to access our website. The website does not load..

  The email address on the domain’s registration has gone too long without verification.

  The account which owns it would have received several email warnings about this, and only that account can take care of it.

  We do not have access to the email address anymore. Is there anyway to send it onto my email?

  Please follow the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ to regain access to the account. We can only give you access once you’ve verified your ownership via our account recovery form. This isn’t something we can help with in the public forums.

  Once you’re logged into the correct account, you’ll be able to update the domain’s contact email and verify the domain. But that can only be done by the correct account that owns the domain.
