unable to access website front end

  I have been unable to access my domain through 3 different networks on my computer. My phone can access it on it’s hotspot however I cannot using my hotspot on my computer. I have tried multiple browsers and DNS configurations including clearing the cache without any luck. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
