    Hi There,

It seems like the website URL you shared, http://www.ThePinkSeatProject.org, is not hosted on WordPress.com server but on another provider ie Bluehost. Your site is built using the open source WordPress software, made on WordPress.org.
You can see the site listed in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin.

Also, critical errors like you’re seeing are usually caused by a plugin or theme conflict, or by a file becoming corrupted during an update. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

You can find more information about this here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/

For more help with this, please contact your hosting provider, or else you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    Hope this helps!
