Unable to access website or WordPress Admin

    We need some help fixing a website issue to the below sites:

    knotjustweeds.com
    knotjustweeds.com/wp-admin

    We are unable to login at all now after the site went from HTTP to HTTPS (whether it’s the wp-admin login page or the website itself). We have a GoDaddy account that manages this domain, but it seems like they were never linked? This was a free version of WordPress as far as we know. We still have the login information to the knotjustweeds.com/wp-admin console, but now we are getting 404s trying to get back in.

    Looking at it a little further, it seems like there are some cPanel records in GoDaddy, among other records. Any help at all would be appreciated, please let us know if there are any other details we can provide.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We don’t have any control over that site.

    Please contact support at your hosting provider, GoDaddy.com, directly for help with this.
