Unable to Access WordPress Admin for notary.co.uk

  My client is trying to grant me access:

  I’m having trouble accessing the WordPress admin area for cms.notary.co.uk. Here’s a summary of the issue:

  I’ve been provided with a username and password to access the site.
  I’ve tried logging in using the following links:
  Password reset link:
  https://cms.notary.co.uk/wp-login.php?login=DigitalGrowthLondongmail.com&key=jyn3aHRJwMpmNHHlc7e9&action=rp
  Default login link:
  https://cms.notary.co.uk/wp-login.php
  Neither the reset link nor the default login page works with the credentials I’ve been given.
  The login page shows an additional pop-up requesting authentication. I am typing in the username and password but it seems to be just refresh to empty.

  This forum is to provide support for websites hosted at WordPress.com. Even though you’re on the wordpress platform downloaded at wordpress.org, you’re hosted through a GoDaddy reseller, and will have to reach out to your webhost for support!
