Unable to Access WordPress blogs

I have been unable to access any wordpress blogs in the last hour or so. I have tried both Firefox and IE. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who might be having the same problem.

I’m surprised you can access the forum if you can’t access your wordpress.com blogs. Will clicking through the Home link at the head of the forum work?
I had no trouble at all connecting to this blog linked to your user name so try that and see if it works. And will the link I’m providing work or not? http://davidlorimer.wordpress.com/ -
Hi – thanks for taking the trouble to help. I have tried through the home link – no joy there or with the link you have posted. I was able to access from another computer as well so obviously the problem is with this one. How strange. I really can’t work out what could be going wrong.

You’re welcome. I’m sorry to say I am not in the least technical or geeky. Thus, I can’t even speculate on what could be wrong with your computer. All I know is how to use wordpress.com technology and how to locate information that assists in learning how to use the technology and that’s it.

I believe the forum is on a seperate server just for reference. Mark mentioned that to me in passing a few months ago.
Just for reference the poster is coming in from Hong Kong as per their IP address. Last time I knew those folks only had one internet line to the mainland and it ran through the China mainland. I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t an issue with censorship done by their government.
Best bet would be to contact staff via an email to support at this domain but chances are there’s little that they can do.
