Unable to access WordPress dashboard.

I’ve managed to successfully log onto WordPress.com, but am unable to access the dashboard of my website. I am consistently shown the WordPress.com login page despite already having logged on.

Whenever I try logging onto /wp-admin , I am navigated to the ‘login with WordPress.com’ option, but no matter what I do, I can’t get to my dashboard. Instead I am taken on a loop to the login page.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost. You may want to reach out to them directly as it seems that there has been some issues with their servers recently.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
