Unable to access wordpress dashboard and fatal errors

  1. Unable to load thecreativekida.com/portfolio-2019
  2. Unable to login at thecreativekida.com/wp-admin
  3. Had received an email with a support link, saying saying that a theme ‘Redux Framework’ has caused a fatal error but the recovery link provided is no longer accessible.
  4. When logged in from WordPress.com, my domain thecreativekida.com isn’t showing up in connected domains.
  5. On line 646 –
  Fatal error: Unparenthesized a ? b : c ? d : e is not supported. Use either (a ? b : c) ? d : e or a ? b : (c ? d : e) in /home/ifg1q9iz7ibz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/editors/class-vc-frontend-editor.php

  WordPress version 6.1.1
  Active theme: Grenada (version 1.4), purchased from Theme Forest.
  Current plugin: Template Library and Redux Framework (version 4.3.26)
  PHP version 5.6.40

  Need help as I can’t access my code and also have very limited coding expertise.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
