Unable to access WordPress Site

    One of my websites has recently ‘disappeared’ :( I’m not a web designer by any means, but I can’t even access the log-in for that particular site. I’ve been reading the forums and not having any luck. I could truly use some assistance in gaining access to my site again.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    One of the websites is allanfigi.com. It’s hosted by Bluehost which has told me I needed to contact WordPress for the issue. WordPress is telling me since it is not hosted by WordPress I have to contact Bluehost. Nobody seems to be able to assist. I’m at a complete loss.

    Since your site is hosted on Bluehost, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software, so you’ll need to seek help at these forums:

    These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would keep in touch with Bluehost for help.
