Unable to access WordPress.com dashboard after trying WordPress 3.4.1 upgrade

I was trying to update WordPress to 3.4.1 when suddenly my dashboard displayed an error 404 – page not found error. The 404 error now shows up everytime I try to open the dashboard. This errors occurs on two different computers trying to access my dashboard so I don’t think it’s my computer. I also tried accessing the dashboard using Firefox, I cleared my Internet cache, and I tried posting a new post. When I try to put up a new post, WordPress tells me it was published but it doesn’t show up on my Web site.

My web site is still up with content from before this problem occurred.

Can anyone help me figure this out. site is joehertvik.com. It displays okay but I can’t do anything to manage it with the dashboard.
