Unable to access Wp-admin

  Hi everybody . Im new to wordpress and now i got a problem . I can’t see the admin bar on top of my site , i can only access wp-admin when i change theme . Even though when i click on any link to customize my site . The web redirect me to http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/56802370/posts/ . I cleared cache n browsing history but it still doesnt work .

  i created another account but nothing change :( . I try to access my site from 3 differrent computer and only 1 of them can see and access admin bar . Now i dont know what to do . Do i have to install any programe or do something . Anyone know how to solve this problem , plz help me .
