unable to access wp-admin

    my log in for the wp-admin isn’t taking me to the back end and only redirects me to the front end. We had an issue with our current developer who only gave us about 6 hours to get our site hosted and migrated over. after doing so my login credentials do not work and when I try to view the back end it says ‘This site can’t provide a secure connectionwww.ppei.com sent an invalid response.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    If you moved your site to a new host, your login likely was reset. Reach out to the hosting provider you moved to and they should be able to get your login access sorted.

    The ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR would indicate that a valid SSL certificate was not set for the website after you moved hosts. Your new hosting provider should also be able to help fix this.
