unable to access wp-admin area

Trying to login for full access to features as admin. Keep getting the message ‘you are not allowed in this area.’

If you have logged into the right user account associated with your wordpress account then you should be able to login in the link below
jontybuggles.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Please check if you are able to login with other user account you might have.
