Unable to access WP admin dashboard

  The blog section of my website is down. When I try to login to the admin dashboard to have a look at the plugins, I receive a White Page of Death with “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

  I am lost on the phpmyadmin tool.

  What are my options for resolving?

  I can see your site westoverheights.com is not hosted on WordPress.com.
