Unable to access WP Admin Portal

  Hi

  since yesterday I’m unable to access WP Admin portal to victoria-ib.com domain.
  Whatever access method I try, I get following message:

  This page isn’t working at the momentvictoria-ib.com can’t currently handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  Could you please help?
