Unable to access WP backend and missing files

    I haven’t been able to access my WordPress backend for this domain or load the actual site for at least a month now. My hosting service says that it seems like I’ve possibly been hacked and my files on the site were removed as I cannot see anything other than a blank white page when I try to login into the backend or load the site

    Can you share the URL of your website?

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
