Unable to access wp-login page

Hello,
Earlier tonight I changed the URL on my page from http to https, ever since that change was saved I have been unable to access my page or the wp-login pages to make edits. I have tried disabling plugins via FTP connection as well as double checked all of my connection settings in wp-config.

Since this wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I believe you are referring to a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Mildly embarrassing that I didnt realize there was a difference here. Thank you very much! I am still incredibly new to this and learning as I go.
