  It seems like your site http://www.royultyapparel.com has a critical error and you received an email regarding recovery mode, and you’re discussing about that here to get help with the error, would that be right?

  If so, the site http://www.royultyapparel.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, and instead seems to be hosted with Eig (as per the site profiler)

  In this case, it’d be best to reach out to your host as they’d be best positioned to help you with this. We at WordPress.com provide support for sites hosted here as we don’t have control over or can troubleshoot self hosted sites.
