unable to activate a new theme

  The site will not allow me to activate a new theme and start over even though none of my pages are published.

  Can you please let us know which theme you are trying to activate so we can assist you better.

  Please note that if you are trying to install and activate third party themes (“Third-party” means the plugin or the theme is not developed by WordPress.com.), you need to upgrade in Business and eCommerce plans.
