Unable to activate a plugin

Hello Team, I have a plugin purchased through Woocommerce WordPress. I do not have the option to activate or enable the plugin. Option to add new plugin is either disabled or not populating. How can I enable the option.

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
You can also seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
