Unable to Activate New Theme (Ixion)

    Hello. I just created a new blog today and I chose default theme at first. I want to change the theme to Ixion but every time I customize it, it keeps leading me to customize my old theme. How do I fix this? I guess this is because I accidentally click on “keep the homepage” instead of changing it. What should I do then? Is there a way for me to de-activate the theme? Thanks.

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like the Ixion theme is active. I suspect you may be looking at content from a previous theme, which may need removing.

    You might want to look at this set up guide: https://wordpress.com/theme/ixion to get the site like the theme.
