Unable to activate or preview any themes

  Hi all! Very frustrated here.

  I want to start building a brand new website under my existing domain. Whenever I go to the the themes section to activate or even just to preview a new theme, it looks NOTHING like the the theme I have selected. It just won’t populate.

  Please help!!

  Are you definitely talking about https://mysidedstory.wordpress.com/ which displays a retired theme and no new content since 2015?
