Unable to activate theme.

  I keep getting an error when trying to active a new theme.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/~thetuli6. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  I see your site is hosted with Bluehost.com, but connected here via Jetpack.

  Are you getting the error when trying to enable a Jetpack theme at My Site ->Appearance ->Themes here on WordPress.com? Or when you enable a theme from within WP-Admin itself?

  If it’s the latter, it’s an issue with the open source WordPress software that we cannot help with. In that case, please contact support for the theme you’re trying to use directly for help with this.
