  I can not activate a new theme and Jetpack can not connect to my site

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi @victorbrownxcellentlifecom, right now I’m seeing a healthy Jetpack connection, and I can access the site. Do you still need help? Are you able to open a chat here? https://wordpress.com/help/

  I also see you have a ticket open about a 500 error, but I’m not able to duplicate that — can you share where you’re seeing it?
