  why can not I enable this theme

  Hello there, could you share the name of the theme that you’re trying to enable? Were you trying to activate it via the Theme Showcase?

  Hi ijenexpedition,

  I see we were helping you downgrade from the Business plan to the Premium plan by email. One of our Happiness Engineers sent a payment request there and you can pay using the link provided. You should be able to activate another theme once the downgrade process is complete.
