unable to activate theme

  I’m already having issues with my WordPress and i just signed up. It told me to message support because it won’t activate the theme. Please help.

  Your account is only 3hours old and doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform?
