Unable to Activate Theme

  Hi, I am trying to activate the shoreditch theme but it says that I need to contact support because it is unable to activate it. Can you please let me know what the issue is? Thank you.

  Hi there!

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I’d suggest downloading the theme and uploading it using the link at the end of the page here:
