Unable to activate theme. Contact support

  Whenever I try to activate a theme it says: “Unable to activate theme. Contact support”
  All of the themes I click on say this.

  If I click on “Try & customize” under “open live demo” it says: Sorry, you are not allowed to edit theme options on this site.”

  Hi there,

  Have you tried to activate the theme via wp-admin? If not, try doing it from there and let me know if you still have this error message.

  It still didn’t work, but it showed that I had a current theme which is what was used before, but it’s not visible on the website. The live chat support didn’t respond the last few times I tried but I will try again.
