unable to add a calculator code

    i am a calculator code which i got, trying to add in the website, i made a shortcode of it using a plugin and then copied the shortcode and added in new block on the website edit page, when i update the changes, the website stops working.

    I opened the code directly in my browser and it working. the code is below :
