Unable to add a new card

My subscription has not been reconducted because I had to change my credit card details (ended June 2020). I tried to add my new credit card today and I get a pop-up notification “There was a problem with your credit card. please check your information and try again”. I checked and they are alright. Maybe because I waited too long to manage it?

Hi there,
In order to update your credit card, you can go to Manage Purchases and select the upgrade you wish to update in order to view the options for managing it. Click on the Edit Payment Method button in order to review and update your payment information.
Are these the steps you took to try and update your credit card details?

I actually cannot even access the “Purchases” section, I have no data at all appearing and have the error message “We couldn’t load our Concierge schedule. Please try again later”. -

* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:

Thanks made me realize that it is most probably do to my office proxy (I’m using my pro laptop), working on my mobile device ;)
