Unable to add a new post

    I got the message ‘The editor has encountered an unexpected error.’. I tried different browsers, I also deactivated most of my plug ins, nothing has changed… what can I do?

    Hello sitinlights,

    Your reference to plugins suggests your site might be a self-hosted site, so I want to clarify that this forum can only support sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    If your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, WordPress.org offers a similar support forum for the self-hosted version of WordPress.

    If you are not sure how you host your site, please post here again and we can help you figure it out from the website address.
