Unable to add a new theme under appearance.

  I’m watching a youtube tutorial that shows an option to add a new theme on to wordpress through an upload theme button. When I go on my appearance, there is no option to add new and then upload theme. Thanks for all your help and I look forward to hearing back from you!

  Watching videos for WordPress.ORG installed blogs when you have a blog on WordPress.COM will rot your mind and confuse you

  You can’t add outside third party themes to WordPress.COM – security and reliability & performance issue – you can only use the themes you find in your dashboard

  you also don’t have any FTP access either
