unable to add a payment method

    hello, i started receiving error codes when i tried to purchase shipping labels.

    error: “payment failed-the transaction was declined. please contact support quoting error RBLKLU”

    I checked all my settings and everything looks good. i tried adding a new card and it wouldnt let me. i deleted the old card and tried to add another one and got the following error

    “error preparing payment new payment method configuration. please contact support quoting error HYMNCA”

    I’ve tried clearing the cashe, different web browser. nothing works.

    any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated

    Since this touches on a payment question, this is best suited for the support staff to advise you on the next steps, and not the community. Could you try emailing them at help@wordpress.com?

    I know that staff watch these forums but given the nature of this topic, I think this might be something best suited for support over email.

    @sensualextensions If you are having an issue with a payment method, you should also see a notice in your site’s dashboard with a link directing you to contact the billing team. See this earlier staff reply. You might also want to contact your bank to make sure they are not blocking the transactions.
