Unable to add a payment method to my account

  Hi,

  I am currently trying to add a payment method to my account so that I can purchase shipping labels through woocomerce. However, I keep receiving the following error: ‘Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.’ Please let me know what I can do to resolve the issue.
