Unable to add another user to the blog.

  I have tried multiple times to invite another administrator onto my blog but each time the page opens to “welcome back manuzkingston….etc.” and she only gets an invite to start a new blog. There is no option to sign up for a new wordpress account so she can take part in my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your new contributor will receive an email inviting them to sign up for a WordPress.com account (and, optionally, create their own blog if they want). http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
