unable to add anyone to blog roll

  Hi, I have read everything I can see pertaining to adding another wordpress blog to my blog roll and am still stumped. went to the specfic blog I wanted…clicked “add to blogroll” nothing happens @ my site. I also tried to “add link” filled in the name (which I knew because that is how they appear on my “friend surfer”..they ask for a specfic address which I don’t know other than their name..I click “add” but since there is no wordpress address then it doesn’t work. I am still new @ this…have spent hours tonight on this…any help would be appreciated. thanks! DM
