Unable to add credit card to my account

  I am trying to add a credit card to my wordpress account. I always get the message: ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’
  I have contacted the bank – there is no hold or anything blocking.
  I have tried with 3 different browsers already. All of them give the same result.
